Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the vs96 platform. Continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of all terms stated below. These terms apply to all Malaysian users who register and use our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the vs96 platform (including the website, mobile application, and all related services), you agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the vs96 platform.
The vs96 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the legal age under Malaysian law and are eligible to use online entertainment services. vs96 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend accounts that fail to prove eligibility.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and vs96 regarding use of the platform. Any other terms or agreements that conflict with these terms are not recognised by vs96 unless agreed to in writing by platform management.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on vs96. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension and further action.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. vs96 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
All activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact vs96 support immediately for account protection measures.
User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the vs96 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or operate the platform without written authorisation
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit the platform's gaming or payment systems
- Sharing your account with another person or allowing others to access your account
- Using the platform for any activity that is unlawful under Malaysian law
- Disrupting platform operations or the experience of other users
Payment, Deposit and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the vs96 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). vs96 does not accept payments in foreign currencies and is not responsible for any losses resulting from currency conversion by third parties.
Deposits to your vs96 account can be made via approved local payment methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, and DuitNow QR. All deposits are processed through secure, encrypted channels. vs96 does not store your credit or debit card details.
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to the identity verification process set by vs96. vs96 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until satisfactory identity verification is obtained. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and are subject to change depending on the chosen payment method.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or digital wallet details are accurate and belong to them. Any errors in the information provided that result in transaction delays or failures are entirely the user's responsibility.

Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Vs96 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform for unlawful purposes.
In the event of an account suspension due to confirmed fraudulent activity, vs96 reserves the right to withhold or void any remaining credit balance in that account without compensation to the user. vs96's decision in such matters is final.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact vs96 customer support. Before closure is processed, all pending withdrawals must be settled and any remaining account balance will be returned in accordance with current procedures, subject to eligibility requirements.
Vs96 also reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account for the purposes of investigation, identity verification, or security checks. A temporary suspension does not necessarily mean permanent closure, and users will be notified of their account status within a reasonable timeframe.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

Vs96 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to service disruptions, system failures, or any circumstances beyond vs96's control.
The vs96 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Intellectual Property
All content on the vs96 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of vs96 or its respective licensors. Reproduction, redistribution, or reuse of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Users are not granted any rights or licences to vs96's intellectual property through use of this platform.
Third-Party Links
The vs96 platform may contain references or links to third-party services such as payment providers. vs96 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services.
Access to and use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those respective third parties.
